Ngozi Ufoeze is an outstanding professional with over ten years of working experience in various sectors of corporate law. She is currently a senior partner in IEN Legal Associates.

Her practice is centred in the area of corporate law, with particular expertise in designing, managing and executing corporate contracts, intellectual property, and financial products and taxation.

Ngozi obtained her bachelor’s degree in (2001) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in (2003). She also holds a master’s degree in Business Management from the United Kingdom (Middlesex University, 2005).

Her clients include Prime Service Engineers, Philia Energy and Penero Energy. She is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.
